What I collect

I only collect information you choose to share with me through forms on this site. That includes:

• Contact form & valuation requests: name, email, phone (if provided), and the message or property details you submit.
• Neighborhood Quiz: your name, email, optional phone, budget range, and your answers to the lifestyle questions so I can send results.
• Cost Calculator: the inputs you enter (price, down payment, income, etc.) and, if you submit the lead form, your name and email.
• Newsletter signups: your email address.

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page) may be recorded by my hosting provider for security and performance.

How I use it

I use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, send the results you requested, and follow up about Houston real estate. I do not sell your information. I do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it's necessary to deliver the service, I may share information with vendors who help me run my business, like an email provider, a CRM, or a spreadsheet I use to organize quiz responses. Those vendors are bound to use the information only on my behalf.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember your preferences and to help me understand which pages people find useful. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though some conveniences may not.

Your choices

You can ask me to update, correct, or delete the information you've shared at any time. You can also unsubscribe from any email I send. There's a link at the bottom of every message, or you can email me directly.

Children

This site is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
