Content on this Site (including neighborhood pages, blog posts, the cost calculator, the neighborhood quiz, and any market figures) is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Real estate markets change. Numbers go stale. Always verify current data with the appropriate professional (lender, CPA, attorney, inspector, appraiser) before making a decision.
No agency relationship from browsing
Using this Site, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with me does not by itself create a real estate agency or fiduciary relationship. A formal representation relationship is only established when both of us sign a written buyer or listing agreement.

Calculator and quiz results
The Houston Home Cost Calculator and the Neighborhood Quiz are estimation tools. They use simplified assumptions about taxes, insurance, HOA dues, and lifestyle preferences. Actual costs and the right neighborhood for you depend on factors that aren't captured by a short form. Treat the output as a starting point, not a quote or recommendation.

Limitation of liability

If a court finds that limitation unenforceable, liability is capped at $100.
